Boxes

At Sei Pak we create a variety of useful corrugated boxes for the basic purpose of packing and protecting a number of goods and items. Some of our most common boxes are photographed bellow, all created from corrugated board, a kind of material that protects the goods well and saves them from being damaged. Corrugated cardboard boxes can also be used to display the goods, which can be done by adding an insert to attract customers. These boxes can be changed and altered to be the perfect fit for the customer's needs.

Regular Slotted Carton

This box can be used for most products and is the most common style. A regular style cut or RSC is glued together and closed with all four flaps being folded to meet at the centre. From there the box can be tapped bottom and top to stay sealed.

Half Slotted Container

A half slotted container or HSC is manufactured like an RSC just without top flaps. Meaning the bottom of the carton will have four flaps that meet in the middle and have to be sealed with tape, while the top will have no flaps and fully open.

Maltese Cross

A maltese cross is used mainly as a mailer. The item fits in the centre square and the four flaps fold to cover it.

Scored and Slotted Tray

Our cardboard slotted trays have a flat base and are sealed on all four corners using tape, glue or staples. They are strong packaging solutions that serve as excellent storage boxes that are capable of protecting fragile items during storage and transportation, they’re also suitable for commercial applications. Plus they can be used in conjunction with half slotted container boxes as a lid.

Full Flap Slotted Carton

A full flap slotted carton is manufactured the same as an RSC. This carton just has longer flaps on the top and bottom that cover the whole width of the box. This helps give your product extra protection.

Five Panel Folder


The Five Panel Folder is a single piece of scored sheet that is designed to wrap around long and narrow shaped products. This carton requires sealing at each end as well as the 5th panel, which overlaps the side panel acting as a closing flap.
