Die cuts

Die cut boxes are highly customizable and designed to fit any shape, size, or need. They are cut from plain sheets of corrugated material on a machine known as a die cutter. Die cut boxes are first designed, then cut by the die cutter. After the boxes are cut they can be further customized by adding graphics that may include product information, warnings, or company logos. they are typically designed as an inter-locking one-piece box eliminating the need to use glue, tape or staples to seal the box.

Trays

Die cut trays are used the same as a scored and slotted tray, the only difference is that being die cut allows it to be self-locking meaning no tape, staples or glue are required.
